Commercial Terms
When buying an item/ietms, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Some products are made to order and therefore may not be identical to the images shown within the site, mobile site, mobile application and will not be subject to the return policy unless recieved damaged/faulty and proven to be damaged during trasnportation/mailing.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If you are unhappy with your item, please return it within 21 days to recieve a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to items were there is an error made that was not a fault of our own or the item has not been cared for in your possession. Please contact us via the 'contact us' page for a returns address.

Retention Of Rights to Change Offering
When we receive a valid returns claim for a product(s) purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product(s). If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time (30 days from item(s) received by us), the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
